Will This Work Even If I Have a Full Time Job/Business?

Yes, Absolutely! We built our program with the busy working adult in mind. We know you're busy so we go straight to the "how" and "what" and don't waste your time by filling our program with fluff. 

I Have Never Done a Deal, Is this For Me?

Generally, we want to work with individuals who had SOME experience (i.e. done a deal or two) in the past. But, we take in beginner students who are 100% committed and are coachable. 

What Makes Your Program Different?

I’m glad you asked! Our program is focused on a step-by-step/timeline based learning approach. A traditional course gives you a pool of knowledge but no direction. Raising Capital Mastery will give you both knowledge and experience but also the direction you need to apply that knowledge with a single objective in mind: Raising Capital to scale and fund more of your real estate deals. 

Do I Have to Finish The Course in 12 Weeks?

No, in fact, we expect most of the students to not finish it within 12 weeks. However, we've broken the roadmap down to 12 weeks knowing that most materials and exercises will take about a week to complete. This gives you the flexibility if you have a busy schedule or you need to take a break.

Will I Be Able to Access the Course Component Anytime?

Yes, you can access the courses 24/7. Our courses are designed to complement your coaching experience with the Kwak Brothers.

Will Raising Capital Mastery Work for Canada, Australia, and U.K.?

No, unfortunately this training program ONLY applies to the United States and its territories. Our program contains strategies and tactics that have only been tested and used in the U.S.

What's the Outcome of the Coaching?

The coaching is designed to help you raise your first (or your next) $1,000,000 of private capital. Some of our students exceed this outcome but we believe this to be the minimal standard.

How Often Does The Course Get Updated?

We try to update our course within 1-3 month intervals. Some sections may take longer to update due to heavy content and how slow the information changes.
